In this 8-session introductory series, you will practice 48 unique forms to improve muscle strength, flexibility and balance. When weather permits, sessions will be held in the Japanese Garden Pavilion surrounded by Japanese Maples. Registration includes Garden admission for each session day—feel free to explore the Garden after class at your leisure.
