QiGong Dong Stick

DATE: Monday 8/18/25   TIME: 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Experience the meditative movement of QiGong Dong Stick, a gentle yet powerful 16-movement practice using a five-foot stick. This standing form promotes balance, coordination, and flexibility, through simple, flowing motions that are easy to follow.

Over the course of six weeks, we’ll stretch and strengthen the body while cultivating intention and awareness. All sessions will be held indoors to stay cool during the summer months. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement; shoes are optional. Participants will remain standing throughout the hour. This is a fun class for all experience levels—join us each week for an energizing hour of mindful motion!

Registration includes a series of 6 sessions – We cannot provide partial refunds for missed sessions.

Mondays, August 18, 25, September 8, 15, 22, and 29, 2025 (3:00-4:00 pm)
