Ready to run for something truly amazing? The Baker Martin Family Garden is coming to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden — and you can help make it happen! Join us for a 1-mile fun run benefiting Fort Worth's most exciting new family destination, a space designed for families to explore, learn, and grow together. Every registration gets us closer to the finish line. Don't miss it!

Race day schedule 

The 1-mile fun run Hit the course for a 1-mile run, jog, or stroll through the beautiful grounds of the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. All paces welcome. This one's about fun, not a finish time! 

The party doesn't stop at the finish line! Peel off those running shoes and stay a while — we've got plenty of fun activities waiting for you. And if you're wearing your fun run shirt (which, let's be honest, you'll want to show off), you'll get free admission to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden for the rest of the day.

Registration pricing 

Early Bird (June 1 – Aug. 16): Adults $40 | Children (ages 3–15) $30 | Dogs $8 

Standard (Starting Aug. 17): Adults $45 | Children (ages 3–15) $35 | Dogs $10 

Children 2 & under: FREE (T-shirts not included) 

FWBG Members save an extra $5 on individual registrations! Every participating pup also gets their very own fun run bandana. 

There are no walk-up registrations on race day — be sure to sign up before the deadline! 

Because this event is a fundraiser, all sales are final. No refunds or transfers. 

This event runs rain or shine! In the case of lightning or severe weather, the event may be canceled for participants’ safety.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION OR EJECT ANY PERSON WHOSE CONDUCT IS DEEMED BY MANAGEMENT TO BE DISORDERLY OR WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESCHEDULED DATE, A REFUND FOR THIS TICKET MAY BE ISSUED AT THE OPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT AND MAY NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL TICKETING FEES (I.E., TICKETING OPERATIONS FEE, SHIPPING FEES, ETC.).

If you cannot use your tickets, we will process them as a tax-deductible contribution to Fort Worth Botanic Garden/BRIT. All donations will be acknowledged with a receipt via the email on file. We do not offer refunds for unused tickets—Fort Worth Botanic Garden honors discounts on our website only. Incorrect pricing and promotions by other entities, such as third-party sites, will not be accepted. Tickets purchased through third-party entities are not valid and will not be accepted. Please note: One discount per guest, not to be combined with any other offers, excluding parking discounts and promotions.
