Every season teaches us how to move through change — how to release, rest, root down, and rise again. This fall, join us in the Gardens for an immersive evening exploring the wisdom of the natural world as a mirror for our own inner transitions. Through guided reflection, nature as an oracle, and gentle practices, we'll explore the archetypes and symbols the earth offers us in times of change — the falling leaf, the dormant seed, the roots that hold us steady. We'll get curious about what season you're in right now, and what it is asking of you. We'll close with a sound bath experience, letting the vibrations settle everything we've explored into the body — so you leave grounded in your next chapter, and ready to begin it.

Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before class!

Materials: Please bring an outdoor blanket or yoga mat to lie on, a pillow and any other items you need to feel comfortable. You may also wish to bring a pen and notebook.
