Creative Explorations - Paper Making 101

DATE: Thursday 5/21/26   TIME: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Explore new artistic media and techniques through plant-based projects with a fun and inspiring local artist. These monthly classes are appropriate for all experience levels and promote enjoyment over perfection. Reawaken your creative spirit with our instructor’s open-ended, judgment-free approach to art! Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before class to get your creative juices flowing.

Tear into the fabulous, fibrous world of natural papers as we construct botanical collages. In this class we will explore various processes used in natural paper production and test a paper recipe. Dress for wet as the fibers can get slippery.

Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before and after class!
