Discover a world where plants become hunters! Participants ages 7–13 will learn about plant adaptations by exploring four of the five North American carnivorous plants found in Texas. They’ll discover how these unique plants attract, capture, and digest insects to obtain the nutrients they need. Each participant will create a bog planter featuring a pitcher plant to take home and observe in their own environment.
