Experience deep relaxation and harmony during a 90-minute sound bath in the rainforest conservatory! This full-body meditative practice uses highly resonant music to create a soothing feeling of immersion. Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, local intuitive sound healer Sara Southerland will use her voice and crystal singing bowls to guide you through a journey of relaxation and renewal. You’ll feel stress melt away as you enjoy a peaceful escape amongst the lush greenery and the healing sounds resonating through this unique and tranquil setting.  

Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before and after class!

Materials: Please bring an outdoor blanket or yoga mat to lie on, a pillow and any other items you need to feel comfortable. You may also wish to bring a pen and notebook.
