Discover Qigong Shibashi - an ancient Chinese wellness practice using meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle, low-impact activity which later influenced the development of Tai Chi. This series will focus on slow, flowing movements with intention and mindfulness which are physically easy to follow and are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. You will practice your movements in a fun, no-judgement community of learners and leave empowered to continue your mind-body movements at home. Sessions will take place outside on the Conservatory Lawn when weather permits.
