Discover how simple and satisfying it can be to make and can your own pasta sauce. We’ll work together to prepare a hearty, tomato-based sauce and safely preserve it using water-bath canning. Learn the fundamentals of safe home canning, including ingredient selection, proper acidity, and storage best practices, then take home new skills, recipes, and a small jar of delicious sauce to enjoy long after the harvest ends.
