Spice up your kitchen skills with a flavorful dive into the world of salsa. We’ll cover the basics of exploring flavors and following safe canning practices, get hands-on preparing a delicious salsa using seasonal ingredients, then safely preserve it using the water-bath method so you can enjoy it long after tomato season ends. You’ll leave with recipes, techniques, and a small jar of your own salsa to enjoy at home.
Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before and after class!
