Creative Explorations - Botanical Fan-Making

DATE: Tuesday 6/17/25   TIME: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Explore new artistic media and techniques through plant-based projects with a fun and inspiring local artist. These monthly classes are appropriate for all experience levels and promote enjoyment over perfection. Reawaken your creative spirit with our instructor’s open-ended, judgment-free approach to art! Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden before class to get your creative juices flowing.

Join us for a relaxing evening of creativity and connection as we weave hand-held fans from natural materials sourced right from the Garden. Perfect for fending off the Texas heat, these functional keepsakes blend folk tradition with garden-inspired design. No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to have fun!
