We understand this may be disappointing news, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. But our guests’ safety and comfort are a main concern, and we do not want to compromise your experience.

• Entry: Tickets are in 15-minute slots. No early entry; late entry at box office discretion.
• Hours: Nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The last entry to the trail is at 8:45 pm. Event closes at 9:30 p.m. Early closure on December 24 and December 31. Event closes at 8:00 p.m.; Garden closes at 8:30 p.m.
• Groups: 20+ receive a 10% discount. For 40+, email us at [email protected].
• Tickets: Prices vary by date. Event may sell out, so purchase tickets in advance.

• There is a $3 booking fee per ticket and a $5 booking fee for day-of-event purchases, if available.
• Enjoy festive food and drinks, including s’mores (additional fees apply).
• Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry.

Incorrect pricing and promotions by other entities, such as third-party sites, will not be accepted.
