This all-levels vinyasa class offers a slow, intentional flow rooted in somatic movement and mindful awareness. Expect a steady balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility, woven together with accessible breathwork and thoughtful transitions. The pace is unhurried and deeply grounding, allowing time to feel, explore, and connect to your body. Modifications and options are offered throughout, making this class supportive and approachable for every level of practice.

Materials: Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.
Instructor: Carly Burson is a yoga instructor and breathwork and meditation guide who has been practicing for over 20 years. In 2024, Carly earned her 200-hour yoga certification and quickly went on to deepen her studies with advanced training in Spiritual Psychology, Yin/Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra through accredited yoga institutes around the world.
