Our busy and distracted lives can lead to poor outcomes - tight muscles, higher blood pressure, weakened immune systems, and nervous systems stuck in a constant state of alert.
These 90-minute or 2-hour sessions invite you to choose a different path, one that leans into stillness. Through a slow, gentle walk in the garden, your senses begin to come alive. The scent of earth, the rustle of leaves, the warmth of sunlight on your skin—all become portals back to yourself and nature. You'll reconnect with your inner rhythms, share with others, and nurture a deeper bond with the natural world.
This class is recommended for adult and teen participants.
Materials: Bring a small seat cushion if desired.
Location: Check-in at West Entrance / Park in West Entrance Lot
