Perfect for all ages, this playful workshop invites participants to connect with nature through hands-on experiences that nurture mind, body, and connection. Each session offers a seasonal, nature-based activity such as planting, nature art, or sensory exploration, guided by a trained facilitator and designed to reduce stress, encourage creativity, and foster joy. Participants of all ages are welcome, and no prior gardening experience is needed.
Participants will explore the concept of buoyancy using pumpkins and dissect them to examine their seeds, texture, and structure.
