Join us for refreshing and simple mindfulness practices inspired by nature to help build resilience and a sense of calm within.
In each session, we will practice a mindfulness technique, ranging from grounding the body and breath work to nature-focused visualizations. These techniques will be interwoven with insightful teachings on evidence-based practices and tools to reduce stress, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies for managing and growing through life's challenges.
Ask questions, share reflections, and engage in thoughtful dialogue with the facilitator and fellow learners in a loving and welcoming environment. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, each session provides simple, effective techniques and a handout summarizing the session’s topic and practices, making it easy to revisit and integrate what you've learned into your daily routine. All of your true nature belongs here.
