Wednesdays (9:00 - 10:00 am) -- Monthly series of yoga sessions for all levels. Sessions will be held outdoors when weather permits. Registration is open for October, November and December.

Event Details


Join our recurring all-level yoga class to move, stretch, and awaken your mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility. After class, explore the Gardens at your leisure; registration includes Garden admission for the day. This class takes place on Wednesdays. We will meet at the BRIT building, and when weather permits, sessions will take place outside on the BRIT grounds. During inclement weather, sessions will move indoors.

Registration includes a series of 4 sessions available each month - check each listing for specific dates.

Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.

Wednesdays (9:00 - 10:00 am) - One 4-session series is sold each month

Registration Deadline: Sunday preceding the first Wednesday of the month (specific dates are listed in the series details)

$45 /Non-Member or $40 /Member

Location: BRIT grounds; BRIT Gallery in inclement weather

Materials: Please bring your water bottle, yoga mat and any desired props.
